This retreat is a nurturing blend of yoga, healthy eating, meditation, relaxation and fun! You
will advance your yoga practice, improve your nutritional skills, and boost your physical and mental well-being though the teachings of masters in their fields.
We provide a flexible schedule so you can enjoy an evening, a day or the entire weekend.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12 5:00-7:00pm
Spa Party Kick off the retreat with an evening of fun at R Spa with 25 min De-stress Massage and a 25 minute refreshing facial and then relax with a glass of champagne in the spa lounge. SATURDAY,
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13 8:30am Check-in
9:00am: Detoxify with Yoga by Erin O’Malley, Competitive Athlete and Certified Yoga Instructor A 2-hour practice focusing on postures that aid in detoxification of the physical body plus diving into the deeper layers of mind and heart to detoxify from inside out.
11:00am: Relaxation/Spa Treatment Free to enjoy our world-class fitness center, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and the spa.
12:30pm: Cooking Demo by Erin Woodbury, Media Chef and Cookbook Contributor Erin will show you how to make delicious dishes to fight inflammation in your body while you enjoy a light lunch. You will sample these dishes and take home anti-inflammatory inspired recipes full of new ingredients, flavor combinations, and healthy cooking techniques.
2:00pm: Relaxation/Spa Treatment Free to enjoy our world-class fitness center, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and the spa.
3:00pm: Restorative Yoga and Meditation by Christy Curtis, Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor Christy’s workshop will explore restorative and healing yoga postures followed by Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation that uses the theta state of the brain to access the subconscious in order to direct your energy towards the places it will be most useful.
