Usually, I am not for loss of words, but this special honor is one that has left me with endless gratitude and appreciation as recipient of this award. Thank you Capistrano Unified School District, fellow teachers, staff, and STUDENTS who have made the journey as a High School Teacher possible. Over the past 16 years at Capistrano Valley HS, and 19 years of being an educator, I have been a coach, athletic director, administrator, and NOW, have the opportunity to teach our students YOGA & MINDFULNESS! I am blessed, grateful and overjoyed to share this award with fellow CUSD educators. Thank you again for your support! #yogaandmindfulnessinschools
