This retreat experience is an introduction to mindfulness practices and an opportunity to explore presence in your daily life. Learn tools to help manage stress and nourish the mind-body connection for greater health and well-being. A variety of mindfulness meditation practices will be explored in addition to methods of self-care and creating meaningful intentions for the New Year.

I don’t have any mindfulness experience. Can I still attend?
Yes please. Prior experience is not necessary and ALL experience levels are welcome.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
An abundance of street parking. Plan to arrive by 8:45a. Retreat will begin promptly at 9:00am.
What can I bring into the event?
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Kitchen access available if you’d like to bring food. Bring a refillable water bottle to retreat, meditation seat (pillow, cushion and/or blanket), yoga mat. Wear comfortable and casual clothing. When outside, be prepared with hat and/or sunscreen. Mats and blankets will be available if needed.

Life happens. No problem. If you need to cancel, full refund offered 7 days prior to event.
Is there a deadline to register?
Yes. Registration closes 7 days prior to event.
