This retreat experience is an introduction to mindfulness practices and an opportunity to explore presence in your daily life. Learn tools to help manage stress and nourish the mind-body connection for greater health and well-being. A variety of mindfulness meditation practices will be explored in addition to methods of self-care, personal reflection, and stress reduction release.

I don’t have any mindfulness experience. Can I still attend?
Yes. No prior experience necessary and all experience levels are welcome.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
An abundance of street parking. Plan to arrive by 8:30-8:45a. Retreat will begin promptly at 9:00am.
What can I bring into the event?
BRING YOUR LUNCH. Light breakfast and snacks will be provided. Bring refillable water bottle to retreat. For your meditation seat, bring a pillow, cushion and/or blanket. Bring yoga mat for gentle yoga. Wear comfortable and casual clothing. When outside, be prepared with hat and/or sunscreen. Mats and blankets will be availble if needed.

What’s the refund policy?
Life happens. No problem. If you need to cancel, full refunds offered 14 days in advance. otherwise, no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please provide a snapshot and or printed ticket to event.
Is there a deadline to register?
Yes. Registration closes 7 days prior to event on December 1.
